In People of the State of California v. Sam Siu (Los Angeles Superior Court, Alhambra Courthouse, case number GA074941), a Los Angeles prosecution, Mr. Siu was arrested after he was identified on an emergency room video camera carrying a man recently shot at Mr. Siu’s residence.
